Our One-Off & Emergency Cleaning Service is designed for moments when you need your space restored quickly — and beautifully. Whether it's a sudden visit, a spill, an end-of-week reset, or an unexpected situation, BBA steps in with precision, professionalism, and care. Choose from Standard, Deep Detail, or Luxury cleaning tiers tailored to your home and your needs. We arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly products, colour-coded hygiene cloths, and a commitment to excellence — every single time.
Cancellation Policy
By joining the BBA Priority Clean Membership or booking a one-off/emergency clean, you agree to the following: 1. Priority Service & Availability Members receive priority access to emergency and one-off cleaning services. While we aim to attend urgent requests quickly, availability depends on staff schedules. 2. Membership & Payments £95 per month (minimum 3 months) £60 monthly service credit toward cleaning services 15% off emergency rates Membership benefits apply only to the member account and credits do not roll over. Cleaning services are billed separately. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice changes may incur a fee. 4. Client Responsibilities Ensure safe and clear access, notify staff of hazards or delicate items, and remove clutter where possible. 5. Liability Blessed by Aaliyah Limited holds public liability insurance. Clients are responsible for valuable or fragile items. Any accidental damage caused by staff should be reported within 48 hours. 6. Privacy & Legal Your information is used only for service provision and billing and is stored securely under UK GDPR. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By booking or joining, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
