📜 Refund Policy – Blessed By Aaliyah (BBA)

At Blessed By Aaliyah (BBA), we are committed to providing quality service with compassion and care. However, we understand that life happens and plans may change. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Clients may request a refund if they cancel their booking at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the scheduled service.

  • Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 72 hours of the service unless there is an emergency, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us directly via email or through our website’s contact form.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any service that has already been fulfilled or delivered.

  • Petrol/travel charges for bookings outside Birmingham, once a helper has already been dispatched.

Exceptions

  • Emergencies: If an emergency occurs that prevents you from using our service, please reach out. We review such cases with compassion and understanding.
